Another great week in the bag people. Some really strong progress too. This week we’re concentrating on 800s and 400s.
Tuesday Warmed up and ready to go 6.50pm Cranmere Avenue. 8 x 800m sub 5Kpace. 1st and 8th rep tempo. All off 75 secs recovery.
Thursday: warm up: 12-15 mins tempo Cool Down.
Saturday: warmed up and ready to go 9.30M Aldersley Track: 16 x 400m off 75 secs recovery. First 2 and last 2 reps at a tad over 5k pace. With 12 4s at 5k pace in the middle.
Sunday run from Cupcake lane 9.30M
