Thursday: 6.30pm easy few miles from Cricket club with some strides - getting ready for Saturday - drink after if you’ve got time. Saturday: Midland 5 and 7 miles cross country. Week starting 18th November Warmed up and ready to go for 6.50pm Sabrina Avenue 4 sets of (1000m and 500m). Off 75 secs between all. You’ll build into these and the last two I want quick. Thursday Tempo warmed Fordhouses Cricket club 6.30pm 3 laps of i54. Middle lap tempo. Saturday: cross country session Aldersley Stadium. 9.30am (1,2,3,3,2,1) x2 off a minute float between everything. 8 x 20 sec hills.
