6.50pm warmed up and ready to go Aldersely stadium track:

3 mins brisk tempo. 3 x 1 mile quick : around 5k pace off 2 mins 


Saturday: 

Aldersley stadium xc session 3 x 10 mins (approx) off 2 mins rec. I’ll show you the course when we get there. It’ll be based on the forthcoming Midland XC Relays.
