Week Starting the 17th April
Hello people!
So we’ve come out of the winter and now we’re into spring and summer training we’ll be dropping the miles and concentrating on faster short efforts on Tuesdays. We will compliment these sessions with slightly longer work on Saturdays that will still include hills and longer tempo running.
Tuesday: East Park 6.50pm warmed up. 6 x 800m of 75 secs. Followed by 8 x 20 sprints.
Saturday: Aldersley Stadium track 9.50am warmed up: 12 x 400m off 75 secs. 5 min then tempo
