Tuesday: 6.30pm sharp for warm up as group. This will involve some drills and 5 min tempo. We will do all of this on the track. Session: 3 x 200m off 1 min recovery 8-10 x 400m (factoring in those that have raced and those doing league races at the weekend) off 1 min recovery 3 x 200m off one min recovery. Marathoners will do less of theses and will be doing a 20 min tempo afterwards. 


Saturday:

Parkrun of your choice followed by 6 x 1 min off 1 min recovery. Good luck to all of you racing the last Brum league and midlands league.


Our group will now focus on the road relays and road racing.
