Week starting 15th August

Tuesday West Park meet at bandstand for 6.30pm or 6.50pm toe the line for the start of session. 


2 x half mile 3 x 1 mile 2 x half mile off 2 mins recovery 


Thursday: 10 mins easy running 15 mins 3/4 pace - nice and controlled 10 mins easy running. 


Saturday:

Compton Park 9.30am for warm up or 9.50am start 12 x 1 min followed by 30 secs with 1 min float in between efforts. Good change of pace between the 1 min and the 30 secs efforts but not flat out on either. So 1 min quick - 1 min float - 30 seconds quicker then repeat 11 more times! Disciplined running. All Welcome
