Another really good week by all. Great to see the progress you are making. This week I want you to focus on Tuesdays session recover and then go again on Saturday over 5k at a parkrun or a race elsewhere.
If you are intending to do a parkrun you will need to make absolutely sure you get in the right frame of mind. Without over thinking it make sure you get warmed up properly and hit the race feeling confident. I am looking for good times.
