Hi all hope you are well. As the England match is on this Tuesday we are moving the session to Wednesday. 


Monday easy hour with strides 


Tuesday easy 30 - 40 mins easy 


Wednesday Compton Park 6.30pm 10 x 2 mins off 1 min recovery at 5k pace


Thursday easy run from the Lord Simons house or easy 45 mins 


Friday easy 30 mins or day off


Saturday warmed Up and ready to go for 9.30am Newbridge fields - 10 mins tempo 3 mins jogging recovery followed by 15 x 1 min off a min float at 5 k pace. Warm down. 

*Those training for 10k to half marathon you’ll do an extra 10 mins tempo then warm down 


Sunday long run up to 90 mins
